Update: April 2008
Presentation and evaluation of the video-abstract:
There will be a session in the scientific programme, allocated to video abstracts. Video abstracts should have clear clinical, scientific, educational or other added value over standard abstracts.
Each presenter will introduce the video briefly, after which the approved video will be shown, accompanied by commentary as appropriate. The maximum duration of the video itself is 4 minutes. The session ends with questions and discussion.
Evaluation of the video-abstracts will be carried out by the Scientific Committee. The best 9 video-abstracts will be presented in the congress.
The deadline for abstract submission is
May 1,2008.
Authors shall be informed of the result of the evaluation by May 7,2008.
The presentation of an abstract requires the registration of at least one of the authors for the Congress; it will only be included in the scientific programme if the registration of the presenting author is received before May 10.
