When you pay by bank transfer, the money has to be on our accounts no later than 30 days after registration. If not, your registration will be canceled.
Late registration starts March 1, 2008 and ends May 9,2008.
In order to facilitate countries with a Gross National Income per capita (GNI) lower as 15,000 US dollar to register, ERC has a special fee if registered before March 1, 2008.

Presenting an abstract does not grant you free access.
Only those who received an official invitation to present a lecture within the official programme can tick the box "I'm an invited speaker".
The congress venue is the International Convention Centre in Ghent, Belgium.
All the lectures will be in English.
The main lectures will be simultaneously translated into Dutch and French.
The fee only covers congress admission. It does not include meals or hotels.
